Attribution of songs etc

Per conversation (with several people, including her estate) with Zanda prior to her passing, lyrics should be attributed to the name at the time of writing.

"When I wrote those lyrics I was Zander Nyrond, and to avoid confusion it's probably best to keep that name on my older work."

Permissions

By request of Zanda's estate, all works in which the estate holds sole copyright are now released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 license.

This means you may:

• Share - copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
• Adapt - remix, transform, and build upon the material

but must:

• give appropriate credit.
• provide a link to this page to reference the licensing conditions

Collaborations/Co-writes

Collaborative works in which the estate holds partial rights may be released under a similar but no less binding condition, subject to the consent of the co-authors of the work(s).
